Champions League Trip Zero-Tolerance Safety Policies

Safety has always been a top priority for Field Ops, and our incentive trips are no exception. These guidelines are in place to ensure the well-being of every attendee and their guest. As such, they are strictly enforced with zero-tolerance, and violations will result in disciplinary action, which may include immediate removal from the trip and up to termination of employment.
Do Not Leave the Resort
Employees and their guests are required to stay on the resort property. The only exceptions are Vivint-approved group excursions and onsite golf. Personal Excursions, whether booked before the trip, onsite at the hotel, or through a third party, as well as offsite shopping or dining, are strictly prohibited.
Book Flights Through Sequel Travel
To ensure duty of care for all attendees, flights must be booked through the registration process. Personal flight bookings are not allowed.
Use Company Transportation Only
Transportation to/from the airport and for our private group excursion will be arranged by Vivint. No other transportation, including taxis, is permitted, except for the hotel shuttle to the golf course.
Complete Safety Briefing
All attendees are required to participate in a safety and security briefing 2-3 weeks prior to the trip.
NoTrip Extensions
Trip extensions are not allowed this year.
