Additional guests are not allowed.
The dinner restaurants on site do not allow swimsuits, flip flops or overly sporty wear. We recommend resort dressy for the awards dinner.
Yes. We are working with our mobile team to confirm anyone going with a Vivint device has the DR plan enabled.
When you arrive in Punta Cana, you should receive a text message from the carrier advising you are in an international phone plan destination. It advises the daily charge and what is/is not included. It can range between $10-$12 depending on carrier. They simply continue using their phone as normal.
Important - Anyone who is not issued a company phone will not have international service provided. If you are using your personal device, you will need to contact your carrier to add international plan, if wanted. If you do not want to accrue charges, simply change your phone settings to Airplane Mode. You can continue to utilize Wi-Fi when available. The hotel does have free Wi-Fi included.
